TRITOOLS PARTNERS TO SELL AND SUPPORT VISUAL CADD

As of April 11, 2001, TriTools Partners has the right to develop and market Visual Cadd independently of IMSI Corporation. The licensing agreement with IMSI has prevented us from any marketing or independent development up to this point. Under the agreement, IMSI retains the right to continue to sell copies of version 4.0. All future versions developed by us will be marketed under the TriTools Partners name.

We are excited and eager to begin a new relationship with Visual CADD users. The 4.0.2 patch is currently under testing and will be released on May 10th. We will begin direct sales of this version by the 1st of June. A major dot release, with added features, can be expected within the next 4 months.

We will be fine tuning our plans and updating this website with additional information over the spring and summer. We look forward to working with all of you. TriTools Partners has just gained the freedom to start turning the product into the cadd program that the users have always asked for.
