Visual CADD SupportWe provide free technical support for as long as you own our software.
Tech support for Visual CADD 6 and the TriTools toolkit is e-mail and Internet based. We will try to respond as soon as possible. The best time to contact us is between 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific time, except on weekends and US holidays. Please provide your phone number --if we can't solve the problem online we'll call you on our nickel.
E-Mail: Post problems to support@tritools.com . Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can try to recreate exactly what you are reporting.
Web Forum: The support forum gives you access to other Visual CADD users who may have insight into a problem you are having. The TriTools guys monitor the forums and will try to help resolve problems as well.
Patches & Updates: Updates are available for all Visual CADD versions and for our toolkit.
Bug Reports: Visit the feedback page to log bug reports and suggestions for new features of future Visual CADD versions. Please note that although we try to monitor the various public VCADD forums and mailing lists, the only way to guarantee that your concerns are heard by the development team is to log them to our feedback page.
3rd Party Developers: Software development kits for version 6 are under development and will be released late spring or early summer of 2010. One of the great features of Visual CADD is that it has an open and very robust Applications Programming Interface (API), making it easy for software developers to write add-on applications that enhance the VCADD interface, or completely new applications utilizing a custom interface.
