Visual CADD 6.0 Update README (BETA)

This file contains a complete list of all bug fixes and new features in the 6.0.3
patch. We normally provide several updates over the life of a Visual CADD version.
An updated version of the README is placed in your Visual CADD 6.0 folder whenever
you install the latest update. The default path for this file is:

C:\Program Files\TriTools Partners\Visual CADD 6.
